OCTOBER 2022

What a whirlwind of a month… I usually take October easy after the end of the busy market season but no so this year!

With the shops that I stock looking for pieces I was then asked would I be interested in doing an exhibition of my art work… talk about knocking me for 6, my first exhibition!….Will 3 weeks be enough to prepare I was asked? No problem said I with fingers and toes all crossed. I had no round frames and luckily my framer managed to squeeze me in with some frames he had started but not finished. Did I mind the size…NO I’ll work with what I get, and even though they were slightly smaller than usual I think the results turned out amazing.

Naturally it was down to the wire but today the exhibition started in SplitSpace Artjoint Tullamore, Co Offaly.

Now I’ll be turning my focus to Christmas with a first Christmas Market at the wonderful Ballymaloe House Christmas Market on the 24th-26th November. The wood is in the kiln and all the resin, inks and extras are ordered.
