Micro plastics

Let’s talk about micro plastics!

Did you know that using a plastic chopping board can contribute to the plastic particles we ingest? These micro particles can end up in our bodies and have potential health implications.

It’s time to make a change…. Switching to solid wooden boards is always going to be more sustainable and eco friendly as they last. They also don’t have a lacquer finish (more plastic), just food grade mineral oil.

This will help reduce our plastic footprint.

Want to use one of my boards to chop veg? Simply turn upside down on a clean tea towel and chop on the back leaving the front to display your lovely cheese board
